Condition/Practice scheduling starting in January. 

Monday @ Riverdale High school 3:45 to 5:00 pm

Tuesday and Thursday @ WBMS from 3:05 to 4:30 pm

October through January are pre-season, conditioning type workouts. In February we will transition into event specific practices and workouts. Our first meets will begin in late February.

Eligibility

To be eligible for track please have a current physical (since April 15 of 2023), complete the FinalForms paperwork found at the following link: Athletics Main - Miscellaneous - Whitworth-Buchanan Middle School (rcschools.net)

Final Forms: Student forms must be 100% complete to participate/tryout
Sports Physical: Up to date sports physical needs to be completed. (dated after 4/15/2023)
Team Fee:  $125.00, due February 1st. The fee will be used for uniforms, equipment, entry fees, team events, athlete recognition, awards, assistant coaching staff and other team expenses. The fee is non-refundable.
Eligibility/Discipline: Discussed in the student player contract.
Communication: We will use the Remind: School Communication phone app to keep you up to date with any schedule changes or cancelled practices.
